It's hitting us in our wallets

While we have not yet physically seen much of the environmental impact of climate change where we live, we're certainly feeling those changes in our wallets.  As the price at the pump increases my wife and I have become even more environmentally conscious.  We now try to carpool to work whenever we can.  Our newest car is also smaller, more frugal with gas consumption, and more environmentally friendly.  To offset our use of conventional fuels for heating/cooling/electric, we are now paying a premium for wind power.  We figure it's the least we can do and the best way to show we believe we need to rely on more than just nonrenewables.
